This post is way overdue as I was waiting for the photos.
I hosted a steam boat dinner at my place during Chinese New Year. A small gathering of my ex-colleagues as we are too lazy to do house hopping.
I also made my version of Lou Sang , first time making it and it turned out to be delicious (not self praise but the rest love it as well). I used a lot of fresh vegetables and skips all the pickled and fried stuff.
I have been cautious with the amount of food but somehow it is still too much and BH also sponsored a huge abalone for the steam boat dinner.
In the end everyone was over stuffed and we still have some left over that last for the next 2 days.
