我爱溏心皮蛋

自从由报章得知鼎泰酆从台湾迎进溏心皮蛋后我就迫不及待想要尝尝那传说中的皮蛋. 据说此皮蛋的特别之出就是蛋黄, 还保持着液壯非常的甘香软滑. 而蛋白(蛋黑?)则晶莹剔透和富有弹性.本地的皮蛋我就吃多了,可没吃过蛋黄是液状的.

上个星期朋友约我吃午餐, 而地点刚好在鼎泰酆,难得的机会而我又怎么会错过呢? 马上点一道期待以久的溏心皮蛋来尝尝. 一颗蛋切成四瓣,搭配着阉嫩姜和辣椒酱.

就如传闻中,单黄滑软蛋白弹牙味道适中没有太呛鼻的皮蛋味. 虽然一颗叫价就要RM 3.80,稍嫌贵了点,可是还是值得吃.

哎, 忽然很想吃溏心皮蛋叻!
